When setting up a budget, we have an overall quantity of hours and dollars. The budget line details forces us to enter a unit price, which it then uses to calculate the total cost/revenue amount. This unit price is limited to two decimal places. Ideally, we would like the ability to directly enter the cost/revenue total amount. This could then calculate the cost price using the quantity. Alternatively, the unit price field should be expanded to 6 decimal places so we can give the system the ability to accurately calculate the cost/revenue total.
