The gamification around Microsoft Rewards is fun; I find it both entertaining and a great learning opportunity. I'm not particularly interested in any of the current rewards, and most are fleeting (a $10 Burger King gift card is a great lunch, but then it's gone). I'd love the opportunity to convert my rewards (6500 = $5) into fractional shares of Microsoft stock via something like Robin Hood. This would be a great way to allow / inspire ownership and increase loyalty in the Microsoft brand.
