We are currently using a Power Automate flow to retrieve Contact IDs in a specific order using an array variable, and then passing them directly to the "To" field of an email.
This process is based on operational requirements in certain business scenarios where recipients must be listed in a specific order, such as by job title or alphabetical order.
However, even when we pass the array in the intended order through the flow, the "To" field in the Dynamics 365 email interface does not retain this order and instead displays the recipients in a random sequence.
As a result, we are unable to specify recipients in the desired order, which disrupts our business operations.
If this feature were implemented, it would allow us to specify recipients in an appropriate order based on the situation, leading to improved operational efficiency and enhanced user satisfaction.
Therefore, we sincerely hope that a feature enabling control over the order of recipients in the "To" field of the email table in Dataverse / Dynamics 365 will be implemented.
