Currently, we can check active users per tenant or per Dynamics 365 environment.

However, we cannot to check per Dynamics 365 model-driven app.

It is possible to interpret the Dynamics 365 audit log as "active users for model-driven apps in Dynamics 365" if they are accessing entities or records located in the model-driven app,but this method is not very efficient.

We think that implementing the feature to check active users per Dynamics 365 model-driven app would make Dynamics 365 more secure to use.
