In the legacy client there was the option to switch between activities with 'Next' and 'Previous' buttons. Then in the UI this was replaced with the 'Open record set' button in the top left of the activity form. However, I assume in the newest wave 2 updates, this button has gone, due to the new 'popup' view of activities. So we are back to closing and reopening a new activity to navigate between them. It would be great if the 'next/previous' buttons, the Open record set button or a similar functionality was added back.

In older versions of legacy or on prem CRM, when you opened a record from a record set, there were next record/previous record buttons on the ribbon. The new UI has removed those arrows and substituted a record set button. The way our specialists use CRM, the next record/previous record buttons were constantly being used and not having them is causing a significant degradation in efficiency. Please add this feature back into the UI, maybe as an optional feature that can be turned on.
