The EEO-1 report does not include a header to indicate what information is in each column. I suggest there be a header row so we can understand what information is in each column. This will, in turn, allow us to validate the data. Additionally, at this time we can only download it in the EEO-1 website format. We should have the option of having it downloaded into an excel file to see raw data or in the format to be uploaded into the EEO-1 website.
