The new multisourcing functionality allows you to split purchases between multiple vendors on the same item, but it will send the same net requirement all to the same vendor. Some businesses have the requirement to split the next requirements based on the multi-sourcing policies instead of keeping the whole requirement together.

It would be very helpful in order to avoid dependencies on certain suppliers that an order would be divided according to a quota Example 60/40: For example requirement 1000 pc-->order proposal according to requirements planning supplier A 600 pc; Supplier B 400 st and that in the same order proposal.
Actuel D365 is checking fulfillment rate. The supplier with the worse fulfillment rate gets the overall order
