Configure CRM with outlook desktop client
Go to outlook
Go to Files ->>options ->> calendar ->> Default Reminders : set it to 1 hour.
Now create an appointment in CRM - name it test ->> save it
Options for the mailbox in CRM is set to outlook for all three
Now when the app is synched with outlook - when we are opening it - the reminder field is set to 15 minutes
Did it with two app which are coming from CRM
