On current design, we see there is no retries happening for the ledger journal batch posting while facing few failures like SQL connection issue, etc.,

Expectation is that if ledger journal batch posting faces any issues like distributed intermittent failures and failover does happen, then the LedgerJournalPostBatch should be retryable.
