When creating a PT database, the default collation (Latin1_General_100_CI_AI) which is Accent Insensitive is being used meaning that the characters "è" and "é" are treated as the same character.

Therefore, we would like the behavior to be changed from the default collation to Latin1_General_CI_AS in order the characters in this case "è" and "é" to be treated as two separate characters because the two symbols are very similar in German and Portuguese causing confusion for the customer.
