The problem is related to populating dimension values from the account structure. When we select a financial account that has a branch available by default and adds another financial dimension value, it doesn't appear by default. We raised a new bug item ref#674924 and the PG team confirmed it is by design please make this feature available in future versions for customers where they must get the financial dimension value by default.
