The request is about tile view in interactive dashboard - we should have possibility to use a settings on the user level or general settings for dashboard to open it always with tile view.
The issue is : it is not possible to set tile view as default view which force the users to click the button to switch to tile view many times per day. If it concerns call center users - the additional click each time they open the dashboard is serious issue for those users.
