Business users go to https://www.microsoft365.com/apps?auth=2&home=1 to access the apps. As the apps have same name in TST/UAT/PREPROD and PROD they could see all the apps and confused to identify the production app from the list. The environment is not available for model-driven apps. The idea is to add the environment name along with App name. The environment is available for Canvas Apps. I have raised a ticket 2403270030006426 with Microsoft support to Investigate this issue. This is a very valid product improvement suggestion, since there are a lot of users accessing enterprise apps suite through office 365 home page. Power app model driven app with same name showing on this page without environment subtitle will confuse user on which app they have to access and may need to open all the app to see which one was correct.
