At present Planning Optimization has support for Resource, Resource group, Resource type and Capability, only; 

but lacks support for HR Skills, Courses, Certificates and Title

It does not show on the roadmap for near/ mid term future.

This works fine in deprecated MRP but gives errors in Planning Optimization

We are trying to convince one of our customers to make the move to Planning optimization, but withhout this functionality, it's a no go.

Would highly appreciate a vote so we can get Microsoft to work on this
