Currently you cannot save the Stock Movement Journal Headers and Lines template for re uploading into Organisation Administration > Document templates

"Currently the entity type supported to be added back in menu is from the root data source of the form , which is InventJournalTable in this case. In another word the header and line template is not supported yet."

Support InventJournalTable to allow adding back as a modified template.
