The Item tracing function is unusable for organizations that use Transfer Orders because it treats item-batches that are shipped on the same Transfer Order as if they are related to one another for tracing purposes.

Item Tracing logic should be changed so that shipping multiple item-batches on a transfer order does *not* create a item tracing link between the item-batches.

WIthout this change, the item tracing feature is useless for organizations that use Transfer Orders.
