When user selects a Primary contact from a look up in an account entity, it does not select the Primary Key directly i.e. FullName but rather selects the first column in the view of the lookup and then changes to the FullName of the contact after a save action on the account entity.

Suggestions :-

1. CRM should populate automatically the primary field instead of the first column (field) of the selected view to remove the confusion.

2. Microsoft should lock the primary field in all standard or custom public views.

Resolving this would no longer mislead any user with the refresh of content on save.
