I know of many companies that are in need of a function that would help manage the ability to add new items to the released products. There are multiple departments that are responsible for parts of the information but there is no tool to track which department has completed their steps. Something that will allow a notification to be sent out for each step that needs to be completed and the email is reoccurring until the step has been completed. A workflow feature like procurement workflow would work nicely.
