Data entity to attach documents to product version

As part of the engineering change management functionality, it would be great to have a way to upload documents (such as part specs) to a released product version through DMF. There is no entity to facilitate this functionality at present. A big part of ECM is our document management and it's important that the most up-to-date specs go out to our suppliers, hence why we're attaching documents to product versions in the first place.
