Hi Craig, 

Thanks for submitting this idea. Unfortunately we recently moved Portal category to PowerApps idea forum (https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/PowerApps-Ideas/idb-p/PowerAppsIdeas/label-name/portals/) so I will be rejecting this Idea and you can submit a new one on the link listed above.
