Some general remarks on the functionality are:

• Very slow UI (Manage tables, add tables, simple refresh etc…)
• No clear view on the progress
• Last synch date + counters are not always updated/in synch with the status
• In some cases an entity gets paused on the backend, this is not visible on our side
• Initial sync still goes quite slow
• We miss extra logging (eg initial sync end date, …)
• Would be nice being able to re-execute the initial sync without removing & re-adding the entity.
