The synchronization for the addresses (Contact, Customer, Vendor) often fails, because subsidiary tables like County/Region, Post Codes, Salutation, Salespeople, Language are missing.


We suggest to also handle these tables and the corresponding relations in Sales.


Many customers requested to have the Contact (Type Company) in BC before they have a customer or Vendor. Later they want to create the Customer/Vendor from BC. It gives the user the possibility to already have Company Contact and Person Contact information in BC to e.g. create quotes without the need of a customer. 


In the current process the synchronization of Contact from Sales is a bit strange. If the Customer doesn’t exist in BC, the contact (type person) can be created without a relation to contact type company.
