Currently on Europe region we are having really strange collate setup according to documentation.

When organization has multi country configuration on one dataverse environment, there is issue with setting up data that are "Accent insensitive".

For example base language is set to be English (1033 English _CI_AI) with tool on company Contoso where sales team is working on English marked and French marked.

Then we have Account entries with alternatekey on alaias field (text field), UK team want to enter value "cafe luigi", but they get duplicate error because French team create entry for their country with name "café luigi".

For those type of deployment it would be nice to have option to choose collate on environment creation or have option to use "SQL_Latin1_General_CP1_CI_AS".
