Currently the system allows end user to prevent further ledger postings, however there is no option to easily visually identify if a period have been financially certified and there is no option to reference to a financial notes.

Having the option to visually identify up to what month ledger calendar month have been certified as of and identifying ledger calendar financial audit notes references maybe helpful for purpose of financial reporting and for purpose of financial audit trial follow up.
