Many organisations using BC have short timeframes in which to make planning decisions and require sales approval workflows. The current Workflow Response Due Date Formula is expressed in Days, and Delegate After options are 1, 2, and 5 days. These sales anpproval workflows are not timely when running a daily planning cycle. The result of this being that orders with status Awaiting Approval may be planned via Requisition Worksheet before being rejected.

My first suggestion to improve integration of planning and approval workflow functionality is to add options of 2, 4 & 8hrs to Workflow Responses. It would also be necessary to modify Approval Ebtries to show an Approval Due Date-Time instead of Approval Due Date.

Ideally Workflow Response Date Formula and Delegate After would be fully configurable by user using Capacity Units of Measure.
