At the moment, expiring probations, certificates, Identification, screenings, tests are being tracked on the personnel management workspace.
This is very critical information for the HR teams to keep track and take relevant actions needs to stay compliant.
At the same time the employee Terms of employment (Employment contracts) will expire from time to time and it is very critical for the HR teams to know about it and also take the action of extending contracts or ending contracts.
It would be great if we have this added in the expiring records tab on personnel management.
