Need capability to overcome limitations inherited from project for web. Like 500 task limitations, 10 levels of hierarchy, 25 resources per task, Option to migrate/upload tasks during go-live.

I guess the above does not need any justifications as those are known limitations and we lost couple of clients as they shelved their projects due to above.
