assigning addresses to orders and quotes pops a modal dialog with an address lookup control. these controls have a setting (default on) to remember recent choices. this modal and all others, I believe, are not configurable like regular forms.

problem is adding an address from a previously associated account is BAD, as in not good. we should be able to disable that if not having it off out of the box
