I don't care about clearing errors in every single line at every step.

I would like to be able to enter an additional lines in my timesheet, even if another line is throwing errors, so that I can make comparisons between some options. Totally require clearing errors before a timesheet can be *submitted*, but having the ability to not be complained at and forced to do something I don't want to do in the moment would go a long way towards improving my experience with the software.
