Hi

Currently, the Shopify integration uses Base Unit of Measure for inventory synchronization, and I see no available setup to change that.

When boxes are used as Base Unit of Measure, and pieces are used for Sales Unit of Measure, the number of boxes not pieces are used for inventory synchronization to Shopify. That is a problem, when selling pieces through Shopify.

As example, a company has 20 boxes (Base Unit of Measure) of 12 pieces (Sales Unit of Measure) in inventory. End-customers buys pieces on Shopify. Assuming there is no other demand, that is 240 pieces available for Shopify orders. But the inventory count synchronized to Shopify will be 20, which is the number of boxes.

On sales orders the Sales Unit of Measure is automatically applied, which is great. But then the inventory synchronization of course should also use the Sales Unit of Measure.

Could you please consider to make a solution to the above?

Kinds regards
