Rule experience needs audit history to track who made edits and when. This should also include when just the rule order was changed. This will help to track down live site root cause in case there is any breaking change and roll that back quickly.

This should also include audit for list changes, transaction details, etc. It should be incorporated into the product and not require any additional Microsoft applications.
