Hello team, for future release it will be very beneficial for our customers to be able to use rich text editor with drag & drop support. Current option to write/edit for example an email in Dynamics is very limited.

Rich text is available for questionnaires, please add this everywhere else as well.

Agree! Rich text would be a great add for all forms and entities. Whether OOTB or custom.
