Add a couple of numeric User Defined fields for the SOP Transactions Screen. Many of my clients would like to store the actual shipping cost associated with an order. They do not charge the customer freight or charge a flat fee so the Freight field will not work. I'm sure there are other pieces of numeric information that other customer's could use these additional fields for.
