Hello team! Rollup fields currently inherit the permissions of the record owner. However, our Business would like to roll up some stats on a global level. Could you add a configuration item inside the rollup field configuration settings, where the administrator is able to decide if the rollup query runs with the owner's permissions or System Admin permissions?
