We would love to see integration of RBAC in Customer Voice with the standard (at least) or custom Dynamics365 roles. We contacted your support team in order to achieve the following solution:


  • Control which agents can create and delete surveys, its questions and their answers.
  • Control which agents can edit/which can not edit those surveys, questions and answers (separately, as those are different entities in Dynamics)
  • Do it all checking that specific agent D365 roles, apart from those needed within the Customer Voice application)
