Core HR currently has the ability to create job templates and track skills, job tasks, and so on. These job templates can be reused when creating new jobs. There is a lack in feature parity between this feature and the Attract job templates feature. In a scenario where Core HR is being used, ideally we would want to manage/maintain the job template in Core HR and make it available in Attract. The current Job description field is very limited in characters, and there is no mapping of the fields in Core HR to Attract. It may even make sense to have a seperation of an internal job description (the current field) and an external job description like what you can do in Attract. Ideally the job description field would be unlimited and have a rich text editor. Also, this feature would ideally leverage the dual write capabilities so that you can update it in either side and have the changes synchronized.
