exchange rate in Free text invoice

Free text invoice

I need to change exchange rate in free text invoice, the detais as follow:


1 I sales our goods on 16/01/2023 in amount of USD 20,000 exchange rate is USD 1 = THB 32.6736

2 On March 2023, our customer claim us USD 466.77 because of some reason without return goods

3 I must issue Credit Note to them, The date in Credit Note is on March 14,2023

4 Credit Note must show USD 466.77 in exchange rate = USD 1 = 32.6736 but I cannot correct exg rate


So, please develope on this matter. It's important for business. The exchange rate effect to the amount.

Hi,

in the East-Europe-Countries localization there's a function that allow the posting of the FreeTextInvoice with the adjustment of a specific Exchange rate for the document (in the header the technical reference of the field is ExchaRate_W).


I suppose that if this function and related objects in the system could be set availables for all other countries (by changing the CountryCode reference) with a small development activities could be possible solve the issue.


Consider this as a simple suggestion after a quick investigation in the system and on-line documentation.
