Hi all,

Currently each Unified Routing rule's conditions can be defined using any fileds on target table work item or related tables to that work item.

Here are some useful checks that can be defined for each of ruke type, as of now Intake rules, Work Classification rules, Route to Queue rules and assigment method queue rules:

  1. Check duplicated rules for each set of rules type in Workstream / Queue with a UI notification for user. For example: when a user is defining a route to queue rule inside a Workstream -> check if is there are any route to queue rules already defined into Route to Queue set for that Workstream and raise a notification UI for user.
  2. Check if any Unified Routing rule types is involved into before deleting a record inside system. For example: when an user is attempting to delete a Skill into system -> check if that Skill is involved into aany Work Classification rule conditions already configured and raise an error via UI for user.
  3. Check if any Unified Routing rule types is involved into before deleting a field for a table in system. For example: when an user is attempting to delete a field for a specific table into system -> check if that field table is involved into any UR rule conditions already configured and raise an error via UI for user. Also activate this check during ALM solutions import.

Thanks,

Francesco.
