MS CRM - We can define multiple stages. Under each stage, there could be multiple steps. We have configured this.

We further need to add substages under each stage.

For e.g.

Stage: Development, QA, UAT, Go Live

Stage 1 Development: Steps:

1.1 Task 1

1.2. Task 2

This is easier and configurable which is done.

Stage 1 Development: Steps:

1.1 Task 1

1.1.1 Sub Process 1

1.1.2 Sub Process 2

1.2. Task 2

1.2.1 Sub Process 1

1.2.2 Sub Process 2

We are struggling of how to add Sub Process 1, Sub Process 2 under Task 1 and so on. Request you to please share your inputs on same. 

We created ticket with Microsoft team. Team have confirmed that Regrettably it's not possible to add sub-steps under steps as it is by design. 

Unfortunately, for this type of universal design change, we wouldn’t be able to change from within our team.
