Internal sales need to book prospect appointments coordinating field salesperson diary to progress an opportunity - this is a common business need that is poorly accommodated in CRM currently and necessitates looking between windows in different MS applications.
1. There is no bi-directional sync between field sales outlook diary and their CRM calendar
2. There is no iCAL support (invitation) capability for CRM appointments
3. There is no URL addressable calendar view suitable for inclusion in iframes
4. Proper calendar view has been ditched in favour of scrolling GANTT although the old calendar ASPX seems to still be there
Any suggestions for workarounds gratefully received
