On the warehouse level, there may be scenario where managing Lot is important. However, on the retail storefront it may not be possible to manage Lot Wise Information. Currently Lot tracking is enabled on Item and cannot be changed on the Stock Keeping Unit.
This restricts users to have a static Lot Tracking Policy for each and every location and reduces overall flexibility.
