A customer IT recently asked why they could not us the current community email for their account team in GP without the user being prompted for the account login.

They do not have Outlook on their terminal server and the general user does not have access to this common account password. Locally their Outlook is set to allow sending from the account. Any way to achieve this in GP would help in situations such as this.
