In a scenario where the type of case determines which BPF the service agent should use it would be really nice if it was possible to configure a real time workflow that runs on create or update of case type an automatically sets the correct BPF. Currently the user will have to set it manually.

MS would add an action that allows the admin to set the BPF.

The same scenario of automatically setting the BPF based on conditions in data also applies to for example opportunities where based on the type of opportunity the admin might want to aid the sales rep in setting the correct BPF automatically. The sales reps will surely forget to do it manually in most cases.
