If working with 50+ opportunities same time then it would be useful to be able to display next upcoming task deadline and user in opportunity list view. It would save allot time as helps to avoid opening every opportunity to get info.

We believe that CRM should not be only for managing loads of data but it should help to make work more efficient and help to manage sales process as a whole. Smooth process flow without any extra clicks here and there is fundamental.

Good example is Odoo CRM what is intuitive, efficient and offers nice features. Something Mircosoft should try to match and beat.
