Account structure and legal entity override validation in GL journal excel add-in

There should be account structure and legal entity override validation already in excel add-in when creating journal via excel. Validation should check if the dimension value or main account is included to account structure and if there is set up for any legal entity overrides.

Now the validation can only be done in journal in D365.
