Most system and some standard entities have the ownershp "Organization" in customizing tool. This should not be.
Especially to have Entity "Product" and other business process related entities should have "user" as ownership.
In case of haveing them organization wide available you still can control this via security roles.
Because there are too many companies with different sales organizations selling different products.
