In D365, System Admin, there is a User log which provides details of when a User last logged on.

Unfortunately, this does not register Mobile users or users who receive emails to approve POs/timesheets for example from a link in the email chain.

When checking user access to ensure any user not logging into D365 anymore, job role change etc, this report was useful but not if they used the mobile app or link in an email.

Microsoft advised this report is being decommissioned and we should use LCS Monitoring, this while this does include users clicking a link from an email, it only keeps 7 days worth of data, and states if you are using this report for monitoring, you have to run this every 7 days. It only allows 5000 records in those 7 days too.

Please can you look to allow more than 7 days worth of history, as it is not workable in the current format. It would be useful to provide the last logged on date for a UserID, that way it already filters out duplicate entries for users.

thankyou
