Project estimate functionality calculates contract value for on-account transactions in foreign currency following:

• For posted (invoiced) on-account transactions D365 selects exchange rate from invoice
• For chargeable on-account transactions D365 looks up exchange rate from the exchange rate table. Exchange rate comes from on-account transaction date and if does not exist because it is a future date then D365 selects latest exchange rate.

D365 for future chargeable on-account transactions should select exchange rate from date of estimate instead of latest currency exchange rate existing in exch rate table
