Could be useful and consistent with all areas, apply commit suppress feature (now is in 80 sales post, 90 purchase post Codeunit and transfer orders post) to all document posting routines: 900 assembly post, and Codeunits 5763, 5760, 7324, warehouse shipment, receipt and activity post.

In Codeunit 80 and 90 we have a function "SetSuppressCommit" to avoid COMMIT statement in invoked posting routines.
