It would be helpful if you could filter the work item list by snooze count. Towards the end of a campaign many accounts have been contacted many times each but not reached. It would then make more sense to focus on accounts that haven't been called at all (or only a few times).
I know you can see the snooze count on the account, but it's not sensible to click through hundreds of accounts to find the ones with snooze count 0.
I also know you can filter on unopened items. But a) once you filter on unopened the first item in the list vanishes immediately because it is then opened. Yes, as you are in the account you can work in it even if it's not in the list anymore, but if e.g. you just want to check how many unopened items there are it's not ideal to have an item vanish immediately. And b) the unopened filter would only enable you to call these accounts once and then they are buried in the total list again. That's why it would be good to filter on snooze count. It allows you to prioritize based on how often you already called an account. Thank you!

There is a third limitation to the unopened filter. It doesn't refer to work items but to accounts. So once I complete the first step of a sequence the status remains opened even though I haven't touched the next step yet. So you can only filter on unopened first steps, but not on any "unopened" steps after that.
